They are here!

Buster and Dinky's litter has arrived! It was a long day for all of us, but Dinky was a trooper and did wonderful. We've got 6 males and 2 females.

Our Basset Hound Buster

Buster is the defenition of the basset hound. He is so floppy and clumsy. Even when you try to get after him about doing something he's not supposed to he doesn't take you seriously. He knows how cute he is! Our girls love to play with him and he gladly knocks them down and smothers them with kisses.

Our Basset Hound Dinky

Dinky, like most bassets, is very loving. She is very gentle with our girls and takes care not to knock them over when greeting them. She is a wonderful mom and has beautiful puppies. She trusts us to love and cuddle on her pups.

Our Miniature Stud Roy

Roy is 5 years old and a 3 time national champion and is such a good boy! We've saddled him up and let our 3 and 2 year olds take him for a ride.

Our Miniature Stud Sweet

Sweet is 2 years old and has never been shown. His sire is a 7 time national champion so he has lots of potential. Since he is only 2, he has not been used as a stud, yet. We are excited to see what he produces! He is also very gentle for a stud but is still learning (he is only 2 after all! )

Our Miniature Mare Sadie

Sadie is a beautiful mini. Also very gentle, but loves to back her hind end into you for a bottom scratch. Its a little unsettling because thats the end you want to avoid on a horse but you soon find out her intentions!

Our Miniature Mare Buttons

Buttons is such a sweetheart. If you need to test something new (trimmimg, shaving etc.) Buttons is your gal. She's a little on the heavy side and has been put on a diet before but never loses her figure. I can relate!

Our Miniature Mare Ellie

Ellie is also a little beauty. Her sire is our stud Roy, so you get an idea of a what he produces. She's only 2 years old so we will be waiting until 2012 to breed her.

Our Miniature Mare Angel

Angel is anything but! She's very gentle toward people when they are doing what she wants. She throws a fit when it comes to trimming and being fussed with. She's still young, only 2, so she too will be bred in 2012.
